504 Gateway Time-Out

We keep getting a 504 Gateway Time-out! I can't even get our weekly newsletter together. Any updates about this - or a solution being worked on?

    We apologize for the inconvenience with this problem and we understand that the intermittent connectivity issues ("504 Gateway Time-out" or similar) started to occur on Friday evening PST.  

    We are in touch with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (who hosts our servers) and hope to resolve it ASAP.

    Meanwhile, if you encounter the problem, please try using a different browser.  We've noticed the issue when using Chrome, and found Safari and FireFox has been successfully bringing up the site without any problems.

    I hope this helps and we'll give an update when we hear back from AWS.

    We have an update ... 

    Amazon Web Services (AWS) (who hosts our servers) informed us they had put in a scaling upgrade on Friday which affected us.  One of our engineers has been working with Amazon and we made an update to our system and it looks like the site is coming up successfully.
