Free GroupVine PTO accounts ending?

Hello,
I have seen that PTO is switching PEX software. Can we keep our free school GroupVine accounts?

    Hi Susan,

    As you know, "Parent Express Email" is the name of the free email service for school communities offered by a partnership between GroupVine (which powers the service, its support, etc.) and School Family Media (aka PTO Today, which markets the service to advertisers). Later this year, we've agreed to end that partnership, but GroupVine will continue to provide the same free email service for school communities and your account will remain as is, just under a different name, "GroupVine 4 School."  

    For PEX accounts that want to continue and use GroupVine 4 School, leaders will not need to do anything and GroupVine will take care of the switchover seamlessly.

    I tried 3 different times to send an email today and all said sent successfully, but none successfully were delivered, or registered in my email archive.

    It appears that your group is configured to "moderate" outgoing emails. This means that when an email is sent, it is first sent to the group moderator(s) for approval before it is forwarded to the community. You can read more about group moderation here:

    In our email server logs, we do see 3 or 4 attempts during the day, and for each case, an approval message was sent to the email address of your Administrator. Please have the Administrator check that account for messages with the subject beginning with "[Approval request]...", and click on the "Approve" button to have the email delivered to the community. (You probably want to Approve only one of the attempts.)

    If the Approval Request message isn't found in the inbox, please also check the Spam or Junk folders.
