More templates and better management "post send!"

I would really love to see more options for newsletter templates to make communication with our members more efficient. Also, know how many "opens" and bounce backs we get would be very valuable. Without this, it's hard to determine if group members are really being reached through this service. The sooner the better, please!

    Here's a partial update on your ideas...

    From your home page, click on View email archive and then for the email you're interested in, click on its link under Recipients.

    Now you can see who and when recipients opened your email, and under Errors we include which emails bounced or were delayed.

    More tweaks to come!

    A couple of reasons why members may not be receiving your emails could be because they've unsubscribed or opted-out of your emails or their email address is a "problem" address because it has bounced twice or because the domain part of the address has been determined to be invalid.

    To help you find these members who are not receiving your emails, you can learn who has unsubscribed or opted-out of your community emails here, and who has a "problem" email address and how to correct their address here.
