GroupVine Support
Change in reply by Dave Beyer to Hi, sorry for missing your email that you sent a couple days ago. Would you mind letting us know: Did you send it to support@groupvine.com? What was the subject line? Also, sorry to learn about your missing sub-groups. We'd done some research and found that until recently, you had the following subgroups (Titles and abbreviations): 1. Room Parents (roomparents) 2. Spring Basket Coordinators (springbasketcoordinators) 3. Volunteers (volunteers) 4. Evening Meeting (eveningmeeting) 5. Garland/Grumbles Grizzlies (garlandgrumblesgrizzlies) However, it appears that on Saturday, April 22, at 5:10pm Pacific time, someone with access to the "ronaldreaganparentclub@XXXX.com" username account deleted these subgroups (accidentally, as part of some other cleanup?). This would likely have been done on the "Group content (delete, copy, move)" page. We would be happy to help reassemble the membership for these sub-groups. In cases where there are recent emails to the sub-group, we can use internal records of the recipients to initialize the membership. Alternatively (and better yet), if you happened to export and save your membership recently, we can use that to quickly reassemble your sub-groups. Please email support@groupvine.com and let us know how you'd like us to help!.
